The teaching is brilliant. Few other jobs are so captivating, fresh and alive. But at the same time, education can also be mind numbingly boring whether the approach it the wrong way. A class can be lively, dynamic and enjoyable. Without knowledge of experts, however, can quickly fall into chaos. Here are some tips to make you reflect on your interpersonal skills and how to improve their ability to teach – if you have the kind of morning, or only considering the teaching as a career.

Expert Tip 1 – Learn the names

Many teachers use various methods to try to learn the names as soon as possible. There are simple choices, such as printing thumbnails of each student and to memorize the names to the faces in your free time (if the school has with images of students), or another idea is to write a description of the student (hair color, type of bag, what you take individual) and some things you have gathered to break the ice the game.
